Custom orders
 
Because these items are made to order, they are final sale. No returns/store credit is allowed.  Custom orders include (but are not limited to) any furniture line that you need to select a finish or fabric choice,  all personalized  items  and anything else that is made to order. If you are at all uncertain if what you are ordering is considered custom, please contact us to verify. You have up to 48 hours from the date the order was placed to cancel a custom order to have the amount refunded to your credit card. After 48 hours custom orders are non-refundable. Upon delivery, please take time to inspect all freight shipped furniture items carefully for any damage that may have occurred in transit and contact us immediately.  Be sure to note any damages with delivery personal.  Claims against damaged items must be made within 3 business days. Unfortunately, claims made after the 3 business day window will not be accepted and are unable to be restored. Please note: Due to the tone varations in natural wood, Finisher cannot be held liable for shade varations from choosen wood samples/color matching.

Special note about freight delivery and damages

In a perfect world, damage never occurs during transit. Our freight carriers handle your furniture with great care but it is important to understand from time to time damages do occur.  Please make note of any damage to your furniture or to the packaging materials and contact us immediately. You have the right to refuse delivery of damaged merchandise, but Rickety Relics will be unable to assist you in repair or replacement of damaged goods if the above procedures are not followed.  If your piece arrives damaged, Rickety Relics will have the piece restored and brought back to the manufacturer’s standards.  If Mennonite Furniture Canada determines the piece cannot be restored/repaired, you have the right to have another piece at no additional charge and shipped out to you as soon as possible
